A Vera me falou ainda outro motivo de os e-mails n�o terem chegado. Podem ter
sido caracterizados como SPAM.
Sobre os Lig's, eu e as Patricia's da dataprev, al�m de outros colaboradores
pelo pa�s afora estamos trabalhando junto ao ITSMF para viabilizar a exist�ncia
destes grupos. Se quiseres podemos te mandar, em PVT, os e-mail's e trabalhos
sobre a forma��od e LIG's que j� temos.

em contato posterior ao evento com a Vera Vaitekunas do itSMF Brasil
descobri que as informa��es de acesso haviam sido enviadas para um
endere�o errado, talvez inserido por alguma transcri��o manual. Ser�
bastante interessante o envio de algum material transcrito relativo aos
assuntos discutidos na confer�ncia, para minimizar o impacto de situa��es
similares a esta.
Quanto �s discuss�es sobre os LIG's, vou verificar com a Patr�cia Aquino
como podemos obter informa��es mais detalhadas.
