(Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, Denver, Milwaukee) with our home office
in Deerfield, Illinois. We were established in 1992 and employ 350 people.
Previous experience required:
~ Detailed planning, development, or implementation of an effective
IT service management strategy for a large or mid-size enterprise using a
formal IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) model (minimum three full cycle
projects)
~ Project / program management of strategic IT initiatives with
direct oversight and responsibility for project teams (at least 10 to 15
members) processes and deliverables (minimum five years experience)
~ Development, deployment and ongoing utilization of project /
program methodologies, tools and processes (minimum five years experience)
~ Assessment of human resource needs, recruitment, supervision and
support (minimum five years experience)
~ Planning, content development and delivery of effective written,
visual and verbal project / program communications - e.g., e-mail, town hall,
presentations, Web sites (minimum five years experience)
Technical skills required:
~ Current, recent training / certification for ITIL / IT Service
Management (ITSM)
~ Project Management Institute (PMI/PMP) certification
~ Demonstrated management / supervisory capabilities - leadership
of technical work teams
~ Expertise with full Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
Access, Visio, Outlook)
Other/personal skills required:
~ Effective English communications - written and verbal
~ Organizational and clerical - timely and accurate time and
expense reporting and administration
Additional skills desired: Ability to train and transfer knowledge
to project team members
