Thats weird. Dont know how to reproduce your problem here. Maybe is
something that was configured on the system and it is affecting IUP.
The system were I tested it and generated those screenshots, was a Windows
7 Pro, upgraded to Windows 8 Enterprise.

That is the way it appeared when it first showed up. If I enlarge the window
it looks correct, and the buttons in properly resized.

There really is a sizer problem in windows 8. The code below shows up as the
attached image on my win8 computer. I run 1600x900 resolution with standard
DPI of 96.
