I don't know if this helps, but I turned on the LayoutDialog when the second problem occurred and stepped through the elements. I made screenshots of every one here: http://playcontrol.net/tempdownload/iup_screens_pi/TooBig.tar.gz I was looking for a natural size that looked really wrong, but I didn't notice anything myself. Also, I just tried changing to IupShow from IupConfigDialogShow and I managed to trigger the second problem/bug with it once so far. So I'm guessing it is not specific to IupConfigDialogShow.
