No. IupCanvas is an area on screen that can be drawn, but IUP does not
have any drawing primitives. For that we have CD, that can be used to draw
on screen and on a printer paper using the same API.

  The IUP tutorial has an example of how that it is done in chapter 4
Simple Paint.
