Hi,

  I added a few definitions to IUP, CD and IM makefiles to simplify that
process. Now instead of defining USE_LUA53=Yes, you will do
USE_LUA_VERSION=53 on the environment. And it can be set before building
everything that it will not affect the other libraries.

  For now It is committed on the respective SVNs only.
