On my Win7 64, IUP 3.17, Lua5.1
It only move caret one character towards right, and won't select anything as
shift didn't press.
My final purpose is to use Ctrl+Shift+Right/Left to select word.
With your @Karagy successful test, it seem maybe it is related with system
environment.
I will try more, thank you.
These three method all failed on my system.
