As already pointed, the warnings have most probably nothing to do with
IUP. They are probably an issue with a GTK scheme (in gtk.css file).

What GTK scheme do you use? (~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini)
It's possible to change a GTK scheme, e.g. with lxappearance.
