Yes, there are being changes in the last couple of days that will affect
distribution. I will re-write the Building guide before the final release.

  Yes, because of license restrictions. You can download PDFLib *Lite* from
GitHub or from the CD SVN from a separate folder, just like FTGL.

  FTGL and PDFLib are in CD SVN, to be used in Windows and Linux.

  We build our own Zlib in Windows. In Linux we use the Zlib from the
system, always. We have a copy of ZLib code in IM SVN, but it will be used
only in Windows.
