Those two issues are just the tip of the iceberg. The shared Tizen 3.0 packages are currently in a state of chaos due to attempts to merge in Tizen 2.2 functionality.
I'll be pulling several people working on mobile and ivi to get Tizen 3.0 back into shape again.
