If still error, please add -d option and attach the full output of gbs build:

Hi,

So, you've commented out all tizen ivi urls and left only your own. It's better 
to just leave a single tizen ivi latest url -
http://download.tizen.org/releases/daily/tizen/ivi/ivi/latest/
and build weston against that.
