It sounds like I may be the source of your problems then ;-) Let me summarize what I think you’re trying to do: rebuild locally a package (ico-uxf-homescreen) using a local repo that you are creating yourself by downloading all dependencies for that package. Is this correct?
If so, you’d need to modify your gbs.conf to point at the local repo and make sure that that local repo contains *all* packages which are direct and indirect dependencies… that may be a tricky exercise.
