Thanks, Ulf. NetworkManager is not installed on that system.

I have never seen this. services does not return any wifi in its list. It
only shows a wired Ethernet. technologies shows wifi as well as BT as
powered. And although a BT devices is connected and BlueZ's list-devices
show it, connman does not show it either.

Maybe I do not know enough to understand what is going on here.
