I don’t quite yet understand what is wrong but there are two git trees providing each a different version of sysman (system-server and libslp-sysman), this is true in both Tizen Common and Tizen IVI. One difference I noted is that libslp-sysman in Tizen:IVI was not submitted from GBS (it was a copypac of the version in Tizen Common), I don’t know if that’s the cause of your trouble but it’s something the REs should fix anyway. Copying the Tizen IVI mailing list as this is more a Tizen IVI problem than a Crosswalk one.
