The HVAC application shows this failure, as do others we have developed: dragging a slider does not function. Dragging in other types of controls does work.
The noUiSlider control is one of the JavaScript controls we are using. You CAN use the mouse to grab the slider handle and drag it; it is just the touchscreen drag that is not working. The same hardware and applications support the touchscreen slider drag correctly in the most recent Tizen/wrt releases. I have looked in Jira and not seen anything about this.
