Hi Prathamesh, The weston-devel-1.5.0-2.1 package that provides pkgconfig(weston) is missing, causing weston-ivi-shell fail to be built due to dependency issue.

Anyways, I went with the remote build and could get past the errors. Now, coming back to the original problem, it still persists even after building the commit that was suggested. That is, I am not able to launch applications by clicking on the icons from Weston-ivi-shell.
