Sounds like there may not be drivers in your kernel for these devices. What platform are you using?

I also tried working on June EFI Tizen image but , still it has same problem. If I do ifconfig, I don't get ipaddress ( my etherent cable is connected). Similarly, when I do "aplay -l" command I get "no sound cards found" as output. I face these issues on both releases. Is there any workaround for these problems?
