I've been tasked with setting up a GENIVI demo system. More specifically, I was
asked to install the GENIVI Demo platform on a VTC 1010-BK. It previously ran
Ubuntu, but it was my understanding that was quite difficult. Before wasting a
ton of time, I am checking to see if anyone has been able to do this. From my
research, this system is a Tizen dev system, but using the installer I was only
able to one image to boot so far. The Genivi IVI milestone image does not. The
GENIVI Demo platform uses the Yocto baseline. I did see instructions for
building Tizen with Yocto project. Unfortunately, I am not a Linux expert and
am not sure that would help.
