Please can you go thru my dmesg, my card does not seem to work.

I followed these instructions.
PVR-500
Using knoppmyth R5A16 and ivtv: version 0.3.9
http://www.bitbenderforums.com/~ralpha6/knoppmyth/knoppmythtv.htm
These instruction include tons of options in modprobe.conf, while the
latest ivtv driver works best auto-detecting. Try removing all the
options lines for ivtv, cx25840, saa7127, msp3400.
From the dmesg you included :

Blech, html format makes this hard for me to read, but there's 2
issues. First, you specified an option to cx25840 that was invalid
and caused it to fail to load. Removing the options as I said before
will fix this. Second, your tuner is not detected, but the D592
version should work fine, so try removing all your modprobe options
and see if it auto-detects. If it does not, then I'd guess that the
kernel version of the tuner module was getting loaded instead of the
ivtv version. Try renaming the kernel one.
