If ivtv-tune is in fact to replace the perl scripts I hope ivtv-tune is moved
in ./utils and is built with all of them by default.

I am building a SuperKaramba applet for ivtv channel control - KaraivTv (I
already mentioned here)
http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=29661

Right now I use the ivtvctl for changing channel. I want to switch to
ivtv-tune but would hate to make others go and compile something that is not
already covered by the ivtv's Install.txt.

In fact, I didn't know about the existence of this utility until Tyler
Trafford mentioned it to me in this mailing list. The util is not in any
documentation that you normally look at when the source is downloaded.

I hope this util becomes more prominent in the documentation and gets built
alongside other utils.
