Good point- that is nice, and beyond the scope of what ivtv-tune is
supposed to do.  I'll move all those perl programs out of 'obsolete' and
into a 'perl' directory.

Maybe ptune-ui can be modified to call ivtv-tune, I'll try to look into
that.
