After loading this, what's the output of:
cx25840ctl -l | grep DL_ADDR
DL_ADDR_LB=231 (0xE7)
DL_ADDR_HB=1 (0x1)
That's odd because it's only failing on the fast load, but then it falls
back to 100MHz and there's no error message on that...
Does this happen with the same values for DL_ADDR_* every time?
