The VIA mini-itx boards all have PCI slots, and some have integrated

Ok, It is a shame about the no spdif in.
Here in the UK we have some set top boxes called Sky. They are satellite TV boxes that decrypt the DVB stream and then output it as RGB or Composite. The decrypt function cannot be done in software by using a DVB-S PCI card and a PC, so I have to use the RGB/Composite output. They also have an spdif out for AC3 output. I would like to record the RGB or Composite output of this box, together with the high quality SPDIF out, instead of the rather bad quality analog output that they have.

So, your suggestion meets all my requirements, except the spdif in.
