I just got totally waylaid---the top hit in Google for "ivtv-devel"
points at the -Sourceforge- list, not the -ivtvdevel- list, and they
have very-similar-looking Mailman pages, so I didn't notice that I'd
arrived at the wrong site's Mailman page. This meant that my attempt
to subscribe hung for days "waiting for moderator approval" and was
then "rejected by the moderator with no reason given" when in fact
it was a machine timeout on a dead list on a server that isn't used
any more. (And the archives there are now months out-of-date, with
no indication of why if you don't already know about ivtvdriver.org.
The toplevel redirect won't help anyone who lands in the middle of
them via a web search.)
Can someone with Sourceford access -please- kill the mailman-sub pages
and redirect everything over to ivtvdriver.org? And if the archives
stay there, they should probably get a big prominent warning that they
aren't getting updated and that people should go to ivtvdriver.org
and/or gossamer-threads instead.
Thanks.

Post this on ivtv-devel. There is someone who has (had?) access to the
sf pages. See if it is possible to add some redirect from that
mailinglist page. You are already redirected when you go to the
toplevel sf project page.
