Hi folks, i am trying to install mythtv on a fresh ubuntu system. Therefor I am using the wiki here:
http://www.abarbaccia.com/content/view/19/31/ However Now I have got the problem that I am not able to get/find the right firmware for my Hauppauge HVR 1300. 1st of all is this card compatible with my desired configuration? I can not continue with this step: sudo ./ivtvfwextract.pl <firmware name> Cos I do not have an /lib/modules/2.6.12-10-686/ivtv/ivtv-fw-* file for md5sum... So how can I collect all needed files for finishing IVTV installation.
