i use kernel 2.6.15.1 with ivtv trunk rev 3149
 
 
I got this error when I had my pvr250 sharing an IRQ with my other devices, I only was able to fix it by moving the card slots the cards they were place in to different slots, and then assigning those slots unused IRQs, probably means your usb bus assigns the flash drive the same irq as your card
