FC4 has bumped up to kernel 2.6.16. Does this mean that ivtv 0.6 is required for it?
I've a mate [Linux newbie] who's setting up a MythTV box, and he seems to be having ivtv boot problems with the newest kernel [don't know how/why he managed to upgrade it!].
