The section explaining the
changes to the names of the firmware files has an error on the second
line of the table. It currently says:

Name for ivtv-0.4.0 |
Name for ivtv-0.4.1 and up |

ivtv-fw-dec.bin |
v4l-cx2341x-dec.fw |
The first name doesn't appear in the download file and is simply a
repetition of the name in the second column. This ought to be corrected
as it must be confusing to new users.
What was the original name anyway?
