Sigh... I'm really, really starting to hate that tda9887 module. You are
completely right, the TOP setting is wrong for this tuner. I really
have to set this value on a per-tuner basis. There is an application
note that recommends certain default values (which is where the 0x14
comes from), but that document is useless in practice as each tuner
seems to have its own correct TOP values (and those values even differ
per TV standard to make it even more complicated).
Anyway, thanks for reporting this and finding what the problem is. I'll
incorporate the changes in the driver.
