I just yesterday upgraded from one of the old CK driver to 0.4.7, and I used the firmware from the downloaded zip. But I don't remember having to do that the first time I set up ivtv, a couple years ago, when I *did* get my drivers from the Hauppauge distribution. Did something change along the way?
