Indeed. I now think I've never even seen a s-video signal, but that 0.3.2q put a composite signal on the s-video plug. On 0.3.2q composite is the same quality as composite/ Si now my puzzle is why the 0.8.1 composite quality is so much worse than 0.3.2q.
