Hi there, I recently tried to get a tuner card working with IVTV on Ubuntu 6.06. Unfortunately, IVTV isn't available as a package on Ubuntu, so I had to use my modest Linux skills to get it installed. The HOWTO I used to set up IVTV can be found here: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Ubuntu_Dapper_Installation#Hauppauge_15 0_.2F_250_.2F_350_.2F_500MCE
The card itself is a pull from a Seanix MCE machine. I'm not precisely sure of the model as Seanix doesn't give specifics on its website. The Avermedia chip on the card itself calls it an "M113-C", and the Conexant chip is marked "CX23416-22". lspci lists the device as "Multimedia video controller: Internext Compression In iTVC16 (CX23416) MPEG-2 Encoder (rev 01)".
