It's a bug :-(
In 2.6.18 the temporal filter was always 0. I changed this to 8 in
2.6.19 because at full size this gives a noticable quality improvement.
I also added some code to turn it off when scaled, but that code is
buggy :-(
I'll see if I can make some workaround for now.
