The link you post is for a card supported by the cx88 cx88-blackbird
driver not ivtv. But you do have a ivtv based card looking at the ivtv
init.

Ivtv defaults to a Haupauge WinTV pvr 150 if it does not recognize the
card. You can override this by setting the cardtype manually and see if
one of them makes the card work. Example:

  modprobe ivtv cardtype=4

To see a list of types do modinfo ivtv (there are 24). If you get it to
work please post the ivtv init and report if everything works. This
includes the radio and any other video input it may have.
