My apologies, it would be more useful to put the full dmesg output, and in
fact you can see as soon as eth1 comes up that the errors start, so its
definitely a conflict with eth1, but I'm unsure of my options to resolve
it.  I've tried disabling anyting on the PCI bus that I don't need in the
BIOS but I can't seem to get the system to reallocate the IRQs.
