When I mentioned to Chris that the "latest" two versions of the firmware (the two following the one the wiki currently recommends) are probably betas because they are newer than the one Hauppauge is distributing, he said to recommend not using the betas. Therefore, I marked the wiki to recommend the one Hauppauge is using. I will gladly change the wiki, but I just want to make sure Chris knows that we will be recommending an old version of the firmware if recommending the one he has been using. Also, since the current version from Hauppauge and the two betas all include the same changes that Chris didn't like, it seems that Hauppauge (or Conexant) have decided to do things differently now and in the future, so deciding to use the old firmware may be a bad decision for future support/updates.
