Last I heard Ulf was still working on the code to correctly load the audio firmware. He said he planned to send it to Chris when he got it and some other issues with the card worked out.

In my /etc/modules.conf I set both options ivtv tuner=50 options tuner type=50 but it didn't seem to work properly. I still had to manually modprobe tuner type=50 modprobe ivtv for the tuner type to be set correctly. Presently I'm able to capture NTSC video from the composite or tuner inputs. I haven't tried S-Video. My video is in color and looks great after being transferred to my laptop and viewed on the monitor. It is washed out in mythtv on the capture box through my tvout board, I'm hopeful that just needs some tweaking of brightness and contrast. My ivtv log also reported the missing HcwMakoA.ROM file, so I copied it from the CD into /lib/modules and it doesn't report that anymore. I'm still having the following problems: No audio - is there another module I should be loading for audio support? Is audio just not yet working with the pvr-150? No IR remote control - I've tried modprobe ir-kbd-i2c and still don't see anything new in /dev/input or /proc/bus/input/devices. I want to use the Hauppauge remote to control mythtv. The wiki page at http://ivtv.writeme.ch/tiki-index.php?page=Remotes said that the lirc_i2c module shouldn't be required. Can anyone confirm?
