lsmod show that the tuner module is loaded.
tuner=4 means that their is no tuner, (that's what I've concluded anyway...)

I solved the problem comparing the output of modprobe tveeprom to that same tuner.h file and found out I had to use tuner type 38 for the Philips FQ1216ME MK3. With modprobe ivtv tuner=38 my PVR150 works great. Watching live-tv in myth while typing this :-)
