Another point of reference, I have a PVR-250 MCE and have no luck
getting radio to play. I get staticy TV tuner audio instead. This is using
the 0.3.2.f version.

I recently bought a PVR-150 PAL. Tuner and composite input work

Since I don't have an antenna plugged to the card and I planned to buy
one, I need to know if the FM tuner/audio is currently supported.

As a reference point, I've got a PVR-350, and I've had no luck getting the
FM tuner working (video capture and playback works just great). Last time
I asked, there was very little interest here in the FM tuner -- most folks
are focused on video capture.

I wasn't able to find anyone with a working PVR-350 radio tuner. If you
are able to get the tuner in your 150 working, I'd certainly be curious.

I eventually opted for a cheap external receiver from craigslist, LIRC, and
one of these:

This works great, and now recordings of A Prairie Home Companion site
alongside recordings of Battlestar Galactica.

What ivtv driver are you using? Radio has been fixed since the early
rc2 releases, I believe. I just double checked, and mine works fine.
Just did "radio -f 106.7" and it started playing.
