Try the Jarod's patch from yesterday called morepalupdates that might fix your setup. I have a 150MCE too and with the patch applied I don't even need to have strage parameters in modprobe.conf. I just run "modprobe ivtv" and then mythtv. Works great. Remember to look through your modules to check that correct modules are loaded.
