My pvr-150mce ntsc (same model number 26552) works without any special settings, just the following...
alias char-major-81 videodev alias char-major-81-0 ivtv and modprobe ivtv Running 2.6.10 and 0.3.2i on a Pentium 4 system. No V4L installed beyond that included with the kernel.
