Yes you are right (I also have a Tyan 2466 dual Athlon). HOWEVER, your PVR-250 or PVR-350 won't work fit in the 64-bits slots, but the PVR-500 will. Sooooo, have you tried a PVR-500 or PVR-150 in one of your 64-bit slots?
