My modules are being installed at /lib/modules/{kernelversion}/extra/.
 Also, I still cant figure out where these modules are actually
getting modprobed.

Ive got video and audio now. But only in mplayer. In mythtv, I have
both until I change the channel or pause or rewind etc etc, then the
audio goes away until I flush the live tv buffer. Someone told me to
make myth us ALSA:default as the audio device but I cant figure out
how to make that happen.
