Ah, I understand, thanks. I found the livetv profile in myth was still 480x480, after correcting this the scale/purple colour was solved.
Unfortunately I'm still having trouble where some channels get no audio with the 500mce. The same channels come up okay on the 250. It could be related to the tuning, the picture quiality is worse on those channels. Is it possible the fine-tuning values wouldf be different between the 250 and 500? Also it's possible that on those channels the card is failing to detect NICAM. All channels here have both PAL B/G mono audio and NICAM subcarriers. Any thoughts? Stephen.
