Yes.  Under KnoppMyth R5A12, kernel 2.6.9-chw-4, almost all recent ivtv
packages.  I also have a PVR-350 and a HD-3000 in the system as well.

I extracted the firmware that came on the CD-ROM with the
card...labelled version 2.4...readme says: "Driver Release 2.0.18.22316
(11/11/04)"
