What kernel and driver version are you using?

Once channel has become completely useless (signal strength is lower and can't record at all) and another has become really bad (50% of the time shows are unwatchable). Is there any way that ivtv or the PVR-500 card is responsible? I'd like to hear what others say before I start ripping cards out on a hunch.
