I'm somewhat ignorant when it comes to this stuff, how can i tell if i
have an MCE or not?

| Thanks for the tip, Bryan; I had no idea that PVR150's had
| different tuners (that makes no sense to me, but perhaps this is
| more common than I think).  I have a nonMCE retail version, and its
| tuner is 57, or so I think. Everything is working fine in terms of
| picture and audio, anyway. Perhaps I should remove the tuner
| specification in my modprobe.conf and let it autodetect to see what
| happens.
