As I'm writing this, Brian's CS25840 audio patch just came through. Sounds like that might be the culprit of the audio loss I experienced as described below. I will test this diff tonight.

Tried 0.3.4w last night; it breaks audio on a PVR-150 MCE tuner 47.
I get bleed through of previously tuned tv channel audio again, however video ghost seems gone. (also noticed that the version number was not set correctly- still shows
'v')


Also, after switching back from svid to tv, the additional lines still
appear on the top; they are not there if I start out on tuner, and stay
there...

dmesg shows the following lines after normal card (and kernel)
initialization. This might give you some clues. (regular init portion is
below):
