I searched long and hard for this with no avail. Although I found out that the image is supposed to be too big to match differing TV sets (the overscan area?) I found I can get the image within a couple of pixels of regular tv using those register hacks to move it back and forth. What I use is:
ivtvctl -j reg=0x6c,val=0xfa -d /dev/video16 -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Patrick de Brabander [mythtv] Sent: Sunday, June 26, 2005 3:11 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [ivtv-devel] shrink live-tv i have an pvr350 and using the tv-out. When i watch livetv the image is a little bit to large (top to bottom). Is it possible to shrink the image a few pixels. I don't mean the gui, because this can be set in the setup. i know the are some register tweaks to move the image. -- gr. patrick ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Discover Easy Linux Migration Strategies from IBM.
