i want to know what's the meaning of "i2c client id: 0x02 not found!"
it will certainly help me to make my pvr150 model 1052 to work...
This means that there is no tuner i2c client on the ivtv adapter.
This could be because:
-- The tuner module is not loaded (it should autoload though)
-- The tuner module is not defined as client ID 2 (I2C_DRIVERID_TUNER).
Verify you do not have any other tuner modules in your /lib/modules
-- There was no tuner found at all. Do you see any line like this:
tuner: chip found at addr 0xc2 i2c-bus ivtv i2c driver #0
ivtv: i2c attach [client=(tuner unset),ok]
but it seems to need 6 cause with 5 it sets Kuroutoshikou ITVC15...
Yeah the constants aren't what are used for the cardtype module
parameter. The module parameter references the ivtv_card_list in
ivtv-cards.c. The first element is ordinal 1 since we reserve 0 for
"autodetect". modinfo ivtv will gives a list.
So check the tuner module for one of the above 3 scenarios.
